Make a data request
Use the contact page to prepare a request about personal information shared with the Roca IPTV operator. Avoid sending identity documents or account passwords in an initial message.
What to include
Explain what you would like to access, correct, remove or otherwise query, and how you previously contacted the business. The operator may need proportionate information to identify the relevant records and verify a request.
Operator details required
The legal operator, data protection contact, lawful bases, retention schedule and processor information are awaiting confirmation. The final information must be reflected in the privacy policy before public launch.
Raise a concern
If you are unhappy about the use of your personal information, contact the operator first. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
